**What will you do?**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Drive existing customers to migrate to the upgraded versions of the software with latest technologies and architectures available
- Manage customer renewals and upsell opportunities
- Use Salesforce to monitor, document and report on customer usage and satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments, such as technical support and product development
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure customer success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers attain all the benefits and value our products offer, by adopting all product features
- Other related duties as assigned
**What will you bring to RamSoft?**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in frontline customer service, customer success, or account management
- Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- General technical skills; able to quickly learn our systems and products
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights to drive success
**You will REALLY stand out if you have the following**
- Knowledge of SaaS industry and technology.
- Experience working in medical offices, hospitals, Healthcare-related universities.
- Experience of either working with medical devices company related to radiology domain or Hospitals Information Systems solution providers.
- Proficiency with South Indian languages.
