**Job Description**:
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive customer onboarding and ensure smooth deployment of COMSOL® software licenses.
- Proactively engage with customers through regular check-ins and satisfaction reviews.
- Identify opportunities for customer success stories, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive the process from initiation to publication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams in Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, contributing customer insights, success stories, and feedback that enhance campaign effectiveness and product positioning.
- Assist in planning and executing customer webinars, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, usage trends, and engagement metrics in the CRM system.
- Facilitate feedback loops between customers and marketing teams to improve user experience.
- Contribute to shaping COMSOL India’s customer success framework, processes, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, applied physics, or related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of simulation, CAE, or engineering software is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with COMSOL Multiphysics® or other leading simulation and engineering software tools.
- Experience in supporting post-sales customer interactions and helping users derive value from technical or software solutions.
- Exposure to developing customer-facing content, including case studies, success stories, or technical articles.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support.
