
Customer Success Intern

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Intern who is enthusiastic about helping users, solving problems, and creating positive experiences. As an intern, you’ll work closely with our support and product teams to resolve user queries and improve our support processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in resolving basic issues related to the platform (e.g., app setup, feature usage)
- Guide users through onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Document common problems and contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Share customer feedback with the product and tech teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm and patient attitude
- Basic understanding of customer support tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Google Suite)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools
- A people-first mindset and eagerness to help others
- Final-year students or recent graduates preferred
**Bonus Points For**:
- Experience with SaaS platforms or WhatsApp Business API
- Understanding of terms like CSAT, FRT, and TAT
- Familiarity with CRM tools or cloud telephony systems
- Prior internship in a customer-facing role
