**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing, screening of profiles, scheduling of interviews).
- Responsible for understanding and analyzing the requirements in different technical skill set categories.
- Creative sourcing methods include Linked-In, internal database, referrals, head-hunting, and networking.
- Willing to adopt innovate ways of hiring and providing a rich customer experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 per year

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
