Social Media Strategist

A Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that increase brand awareness, web traffic, and user engagement. Key duties include designing social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals, managing and publishing high-quality content, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with marketing, product, and creative teams to build a strong online presence. They also manage company social media accounts, engage with audiences, coordinate with influencers, train internal teams on social media strategies, and stay updated on industry trends and digital technologies.
Essential responsibilities:
- Design and execute social media strategies to meet marketing targets.
- Create, manage, and publish original and engaging content on platforms.
- Analyze user engagement, SEO, and campaign metrics to optimize content.
- Build relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and media.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and promotional buzz.
- Prepare reports on web traffic, ROI, and social media performance.
- Train teams to maintain cohesive social media presence and brand voice.
- Stay current with social media best practices and digital marketing trends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,875.25 - ₹38,292.09 per month
