Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our brand presence across all major social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, planning, content execution, analytics, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a platform-specific monthly content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

  • Plan and create engaging, high-quality content including posts, reels, shorts, videos, carousels, infographics, and stories.

  • Handle daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement to ensure consistent activity and brand visibility.

  • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and competitor activities to proactively adjust content strategy.

  • Track analytics and performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers/subscribers, conversions) and provide actionable insights through reports.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and internal teams to deliver visually appealing and impactful content.

  • Maintain a strong and unified brand identity, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.

  • Execute campaigns for hiring, brand awareness, services, events, and festive or promotional moments.

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and audience queries to build positive brand reputation and community trust.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms & their algorithms

  • Creative storytelling and content planning

  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva preferred)

  • Analytical mindset and ability to read insights

  • Excellent communication & copywriting skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple platforms simultaneously

Experience

  • 1–3 years in Social Media Management (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
