**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- **Application Processing**:

- Verify academic transcripts, work experience certificates, and other supporting documents.
- Liaise with students and institutions to resolve any queries or issues.
- **System Utilization**:

- Stay updated on system enhancements and process improvements.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to provide timely updates and address concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems and other relevant software
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and1 prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A positive and proactive attitude

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in education or a related field
- Knowledge of higher education systems and processes is preferred
