**Job Description of Centre Coordinator**
- Lead allocation to counsellors and follow up for feedback
- Arrange seminars/workshop for counsellors
- Optimize productivity of counsellors
- Daily meetings
- check and summarize reports
- Support counsellors where needed
- Ensure that all leads are effectively engaged. Shuffle leads which are

not being dealt properly by concerned counsellors
- Create batches and allocate trainers in ERP
- Make necessary arrangements for on campus job drives
