Position : Site Engineer

Location : Kottayam

**Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in interior fit-out/site execution**
**Salary**: ₹17,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design/production teams
- Monitor work progress as per schedule and quality standards
- Ensure proper installation of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues
- Maintain material inventory, ensure timely deliveries, and check usage
- Report daily progress to the project manager
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards at the site
- Assist in client site visits and ensure client satisfaction

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- **Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in the interior fit-out industry**:

- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Good communication and team management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic site documentation
- **Willingness to travel locally to project sites if required**

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
