**Job Title**: Site Supervisor (Residential Construction & Interiors)
**Location**: Kottayam, Kerala

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to both construction and interior finishing of residential projects.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of both construction and interior work.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Oversee the installation of interior features such as cabinetry, lighting, flooring, and other finishing elements, ensuring top quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to approved designs and materials for both structural and interior work.
- Manage the daily workforce, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure smooth construction and interior activities.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of materials and equipment for construction and interior projects.
- Prepare daily reports on work progress, project updates, and site conditions for both the exterior and interior phases of the project.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction and interior work to keep the project on track.
- Liaise with clients, keeping them informed about progress and addressing any concerns regarding both construction and interior designs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at the construction and interior work sites.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Site Supervisor in residential construction, with additional experience in interior design execution and finishing.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior design standards in Kerala.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and interior design plans.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to coordinate on-site activities related to both construction and interiors.
- Strong communication skills to interact with workers, contractors, interior designers, and clients.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations for both construction and interior work.
