Kottayam, Kerala, India Habiqube Architecture Studio Full time ₹ 3,00,000 per year

We are looking for a multi-skilled individual who can manage site supervision and also support architectural drafting work in the studio. The role requires coordination, technical understanding, and clarity in drawings and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients on-site.
  • Ensure execution strictly follows approved architectural and structural drawings.
  • Prepare technical drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Update drawing revisions and maintain documentation and progress reports.
  • Conduct periodic site visits and regularly update the design team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Draftsmanship.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Experience with KSMART submissions and approval processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Architectural Firm is preferred.
