Site Supervisor – Interior & Civil (Full Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Site Supervisor for interior and civil projects. The candidate will coordinate with our design consultant team and also handle basic marketing activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day interior and civil work at sites.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure quality control, safety, and timely completion of works.
  • Handle basic marketing follow-ups and client communication.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
  • Material checking, labour management, and problem solving.

Requirements

  • Experience in interior site supervision / civil site supervision.
  • Ability to understand drawings and design instructions.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Must hold a valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel to different sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (optional).
  • Knowledge of materials, finishing works, and site execution.

Salary

  • Based on experience. (Add your range if required.)
