- **Team Supervision**: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers working on the site. Provide direction to ensure adherence to project scope and quality standards.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct daily site inspections to check the progress of work and quality of execution. Ensure all materials and finishes are used according to design specifications.
- **Scheduling**: Monitor project timelines and ensure that work is completed according to the established schedule. Identify potential delays and take corrective action to mitigate them.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction or installation phases, such as unforeseen site conditions, design changes, or material shortages.
- **Client Liaison**: Maintain communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the progress of the project.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Keep accurate records of work completed, site conditions, and any deviations from the project plan. Report regularly to the Project Manager or Senior Interior Designer.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that the site adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all site personnel.
- **Material Management**: Oversee the delivery, storage, and proper handling of materials on-site, ensuring that they are used efficiently and in accordance with design specifications.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design site supervision or a similar role in the construction industry.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve site-related issues swiftly.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with high-end residential or commercial interior design projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction standards..

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position, on-site at various project locations.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
