**Key Responsibilities**
**Student Inquiries & Communication**
**Application Review & Processing**
- Track essential documents such as academic transcripts and test scores.
**Admission Support & Guidance**
- Guide applicants through each stage of the admission process.
- Resolve queries and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive experience.
**Event Coordination**
- Plan and coordinate admission-related events such as campus visits, open houses, and webinars.
- Represent the institution at educational fairs and recruitment drives.
**Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and admission status using CRM tools.
- Prepare reports to analyze trends and monitor admission targets.
**Policy Adherence**
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated on education sector developments and reflect changes in admission practices.
**Team Collaboration**
- Partner with the marketing team to implement recruitment strategies.
- Liaise with academic departments to address program-specific questions.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Gather feedback from applicants and new students to improve the admission process.
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is a plus
