**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic **Sales Associate** who will be responsible for driving revenue by converting leads into enrollments for our training programs and identifying potential B2C clients. You will play a key role in expanding our reach and building long-term customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Pitch GroTechMinds’ training courses to individuals and businesses.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of interactions and conversions.
- Follow up on leads, conduct product demos, and close sales.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and events.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Report market trends and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Passion for education, technology, and customer success.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Leadsquared, or MS Excel will be an advantage.
