**Wedding Studio Client Relations & Creative Coordinator**
Are you passionate about weddings, creative storytelling, and client experience? Our wedding studio is seeking a **Client Relations & Creative Coordinator** to join our team and help us bring our clients’ dreams to life with elegance and precision.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through their wedding planning journey. Understand their needs, preferences, and unique story.
- **Project Execution**: Coordinate client orders and manage project timelines, from start to finish, ensuring every detail is beautifully executed.
- **Team & Logistics Coordination**: Oversee and streamline team schedules, event logistics, and on-site coordination for seamless operations.
- **Creative Pre-Production**: Collaborate in crafting storylines for wedding films, develop storyboards and mood boards that capture the heart of each couple’s journey.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a warm and patient approach.
- Organizational flair and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A creative mindset with a love for storytelling and visual arts.
- Prior experience in client relations or event coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
