**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients (hotels,, partner institutes).
- Liaise between internal departments (Training, Recruitment, Placement, Documentation) and clients to ensure timely execution of services.
- Address and resolve client queries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and follow-up trackers.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all communications and document handling.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in client servicing/client relations, preferably in education, hospitality, or recruitment sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- **Organized**: Strong documentation skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- **Client-Focused**: Positive attitude with a service mindset and ability to handle pressure situations.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Please note hike will be given as per last drawn CTC only**

Age Criteria - Should be between 25yr to 35yr

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
