Mumbai.Company: Concept PR.About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Director to lead our IPO vertical.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital markets, IPO processes, investor communication, and strategic media relations.This role demands leadership, client management excellence, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and communication framework surrounding IPOs and listed entities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end communication strategies for IPO mandates from pre-filing to post-listing.- Develop and execute strategic PR and media plans to enhance visibility and credibility for clients in the capital market space.- Build and nurture strong relationships with financial journalists, analysts, and media houses.- Liaise closely with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and company management to ensure seamless coordination during the IPO process.- Provide strategic counsel to clients on corporate reputation, investor relations, and stakeholder communication.- Oversee a team of account managers and executives to ensure timely and high-quality client delivery.- Drive business growth through client retention, cross-selling, and supporting new business pitches.- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and media coverage to 10 -14 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably with experience in handling IPO mandates.- Proven expertise in financial media relations, capital market communication, and regulatory communication.- Strong leadership, client management, and presentation skills.- Excellent command over English written and verbal.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Experience in leading a team and managing multiple client portfolios.
