Description:We are looking for PR Managers for our Mumbai branch, specifically for our BFSI vertical.Job Description: PR Manager BFSI Sector (Mumbai).Location: Mumbai.Experience: 4-6 years.Sector: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance).We are seeking an experienced and strategic PR Manager to lead communication mandates for our BFSI clients.The ideal candidate should possess excellent media relationships, strong client management skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end PR strategies with confidence and clarity.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of PR strategies for BFSI clients.- Manage client relationships independently and provide strategic communication counsel.- Build, nurture, and leverage strong networks with financial, business, and mainstream media.- Review and develop high-quality content: press releases, authored articles, briefs, and communication notes.- Drive media outreach, story pitches, narrative building, and consistent coverage delivery.- Handle crisis communication planning and reputation management for clients.- Plan and coordinate interviews, media briefings, press conferences, and BFSI-related events.- Track industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive insights to support client communication plans.- Oversee account operations, reporting, team coordination, and ensure timely deliverables.- Mentor, guide, and supervise junior team members to enhance team performance.Skills & Qualifications:- Strong PR experience within BFSI or handling BFSI clients is preferred.- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.- Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.- Deep understanding of financial markets, banking, insurance, and related sectors.- Well-connected with financial and business journalists.- Strong leadership, multitasking, and project management abilities.- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing high-pressure situations.
