**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process invoices using a CRM tool and maintain an MIS record of issued and scheduled invoices.
- Ensure compliance with Maha-RERA guidelines and update project profiles as needed.
- Create accurate quotations and work orders, ensuring timely processing and client follow-ups.
- Address escalations, communicate effectively with clients, and handle invoicing-related inquiries.
- Analyse and maintain quarterly invoice records and ensure accurate documentation for internal and client use.
- Generate and present data reports for the management team on invoicing trends and compliance updates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably from a commerce background.
- **Work Experience**:Experience: 0 to 3 years.
- **Skills**: Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills are essential.
