Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and financial record management using Tally.
- Handle office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and office security protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Any degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma in any field).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in a similar role.
- Software Skills: Tally (mandatory), MS Office
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Other Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ability to work independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
