JOB TITLE: Front Office Receptionist (Female)
COMPANY: Spacion Business Center (Spacion Towers)
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
LOCATION: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
We are looking for an Front Office Receptionist who can keep the office running smoothly and efficiently by performing a variety of tasks, including the following:
**Responsibilities**:
- Receptionist Tasks: Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Document management: Preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Data management: Maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and records
- Filing: Creating and managing organized filing systems
- Supporting staff: Providing assistance to other team members as needed
- Office supplies: Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Equipment: Maintaining office equipment like copiers and fax machines
- Meetings: Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites
- Accounting: Performing light accounting duties
- Communication: Communicating with clients and other people inside the business
- Office Maintenance: Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Requirements and skills
- Good communication to talk to Clients.
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Education: Graduate in Any Specialization
Timings - 9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹24,403.10 per month
