Key Responsibilities

2. Resolve Customer Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives when needed.

3. Provide Product/Service Information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information about products or services, including features, pricing, and availability.

4. Process Orders and Returns: Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring that customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

5. Maintain Customer Records: Update customer records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Key Skills.

1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

2. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.

3. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of products or services to provide accurate information and support.

4. Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer interactions.

5. Empathy: Ability to show understanding and compassion towards customers' concerns and frustrations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
