You will be provided on the job training and shall play an essential part in assisting with carrier relationship management and contributing to lead generation efforts. You will help facilitate smooth voice and SMS traffic exchanges while also supporting the identification of potential business opportunities. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to start their careers in the telecommunications sector and contribute our company's growth.Supportive Role: Provide support to senior carrier relationship officers in building and maintaining relationships with carrier partners.Traffic Monitoring: Help monitor voice and SMS traffic flows, identifying potential issues and escalating to appropriate teams.Basic Analysis: Contribute to basic analysis of traffic patterns and quality metrics to help improve efficiency.Rate Negotiation: Participate in discussions related to rates, terms, and agreements under guidance from senior team members.Issue Coordination: Assist in coordinating the resolution of technical and operational issues in collaboration with internal teams.Data Reporting: Assist in generating basic traffic reports and summaries for internal and carrier partner communication.Learning and Development: Actively learn about VoIP and SMS technologies, protocols, and industry practices to enhance your skillset.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the smooth functioning of carrier relationships.
**Requirements**:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Telecommunications, Business, or similar) is preferred.Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and carrier partners.Analytical Curiosity: An interest in analyzing basic traffic data and patterns to support decision-making.Team Player: Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to details to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.Time Management: Ability to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.Problem-Solving Attitude: Willingness to learn and support the resolution of issues as they arise.Adaptability: Openness to learning and adapting to the dynamic telecommunications industry.
