Job Summary: As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting our US IT staffing team by assisting in the recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to develop their skills in the fast-paced world of IT staffing. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the senior recruiters to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT staffing.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the IT staffing industry and a desire to develop a career in recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment or customer service is advantageous but not required.
Location: This position is based in Vadodara, India, and requires onsite presence from day one.
