As a **Trainee Recruiter,** you will be responsible for supporting our US IT RPO / Staffing team by assisting in the recruitment process.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and wants to develop their career in the fast-paced world of staffing. This role needs excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the senior recruiters to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Update and maintain information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT staffing.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in customer service / International BPO / International calling process is beneficial but not required.

**Location**: This position is based in Vadodara, India, and requires onsite presence from day one.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
