**Job Details**:
**Title: US Recruiter**

**Location: Vadodara, Ahmedabad**

**Experience: Fresher**

**Shift: Night Shift (07:00 PM - 04:00 AM IST)**

**Process: US Process**

**Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 In hand salary**

**Job Summary**:

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/Social Media Sites, etc.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to coordinate different types of interviews (TCON, F2F, VC, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:

- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making* job postings* on the Job Portal.
- Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background checks, drug tests, etc leading to joining post-placement.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
- Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.
- Publish progress reports to management every week.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
