**Responsibilities**:
Onboard new customers to LimeChat Products - educate customers, help solve operational problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products- Provide product trainings and demonstrations during the engagement
- Own product adoption and quick value realisation for clients
- Enhance experience for all client users- Project manage the onboarding journey for timely and effective implementation of Limechat- Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities
- Work with other onboarding team members to ensure a tightly run project
- Preempt and highlight any challenges in the onboarding journey to the client
- Create best practices for customer onboarding to deliver a wow experience for clients
- Become an expert in Limechat's product and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
- Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
- Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
