Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Senior Onboarding & Induction Specialist (Not a General HR Role)
to support our HR operations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, external partners, and candidates to manage pre-onboarding activities, logistics, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be agile, collaborative, and comfortable taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute
    pre-onboarding activities
    , including document collection and verification
  • Liaise with
    internal departments
    , external partners, and candidates to ensure smooth onboarding logistics
  • Manage
    logistics arrangements
    such as workspace setup, IT provisioning, and welcome kits
  • Prepare and share a
    monthly onboarding dashboard
    with leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights
  • During months with no onboarding activity, support the
    HR team
    with hiring coordination and other operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal onboarding policies
  • Take initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Be flexible and open to
    additional responsibilities
    as required by the team

Required Experience & Skills

  • 12–15 years
    of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or induction program management
  • Strong organizational and
    multi-tasking abilities and e
    xcellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office tools
    , especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in
    conducting or managing induction programs
    is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a
    contractual or contingent workforce environment
  • Familiarity with onboarding platforms or tools (Workday, etc.)

Additional Notes

  • This is a
    contractual position
    for 6-12 month, with potential for extension based on business needs
  • Candidates must be available for
    in-person interviews and onboarding support
