**Business Descriptor**
jResponsible to conduct day to day operations function & oversight / governance involving across all electronic payment such as Real Time Gross Settlement, National Electronic Funds Transfer (incl. bulk), NACH, Tax Payouts (direct/indirect), digital payments like IMPS, UPI, Capital Market Operations, etc.
**Key Accountabilities**
**Impact on the Business**
- Approve Payment Instructions
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
**Customers / Stakeholders**
- Liaison point for payment operations clients
- Implement customer requirements.
**Leadership & Teamwork**
- Should demonstrate extensive leadership skills.
- Should work as a team in order to meet stringent regulatory deadlines.
- Monitor performance of 3rd party vendors.
- Follow OPEX and Monitor team
**Operational Effectiveness & Control**
- Identify and manage operational risk for the unit
- MIS, Control & Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Highlight any OPS losses to the management and reporting in various forums.
- Ensure L1 / L2 controls description and effective monitoring plan is updated on HELIOS.
- Ensure control monitoring is performed as per the monitoring plan updated on HELIOS
Requirements
This role requires 5-7 years of overall Banking exposure ,
- People and Stakeholder Management
- Project management and user testing
- Strong Communication and decision making ability
- Thinking and Problem solving skills
- Customer Drive
- **Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher**
