Designation: AVP/DVP Product - CMS and Payment

Experience: 3-5 years of post MBA experience in product management in Cash Management

Services, Immense knowledge in Cash Management Payments product with deep knowledge on Corporate Net-banking (CNB), IMPS,UPI, RTGS, NEFT, API payments

Education: MBA is must

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

Product Innovation & Enhancement

  • Identify and implement innovative methods to manage and enhance payment products.
  • Continuously improve existing solutions and expand the product range to meet evolving client needs.
  • Develop pricing and positioning strategies aligned with market dynamics and customer value.

Platform & Security Oversight

  • Manage the online payments platform, enhancing control features and ensuring top-tier security protocols.
  • Ensure platform solutions align with compliance, operational, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Client-Centric Solutions

  • Understand customer pain points and requirements to offer tailored, existing product solutions for an improved banking experience.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify product gaps and generate new ideas that increase value delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with key stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, BSG, ORM, IT, and Audit to deliver comprehensive product solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to align on project goals, mitigate risks, and streamline execution.

Project & Product Lifecycle Management

  • Lead end-to-end product projects including ideation, approvals, project planning, and timeline management.
  • Translate product vision into detailed requirements, prototypes, and development roadmaps.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery with optimal resource utilization.

Go-to-Market & Launch Strategy

  • Drive product launches, including marketing support, promotional planning, and campaign execution.
  • Act as the product evangelist, creating awareness internally and with external stakeholders.
