**Job Title**: Marketing & Admissions Associate

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive admissions for our programs.
- Conduct presentations and sessions to promote our courses, both in-person and virtually.
- Engage with prospective students, parents, and educational partners to build solid and long-lasting relationships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to participate in educational fairs, career expos, and other promotional events.
- Represent the college across Bangalore and pan India for admissions and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to track inquiries and follow up with potential students to convert leads into enrolments.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Adaptability**: Able to shift strategies and tactics based on market trends and audience feedback.
- **Communication Skills**: Proficient in presenting and articulating ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- **Presentation Skills**: Comfortable speaking to both large and small groups, with the ability to effectively convey the value of our courses.
- **Previous experience in marketing, sales, or admissions** (preferably within the _**education sector**_)_ is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and pan India for admissions-related activities.
