**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- ** Market Research**: Conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the healthcare industry, focusing on key accounts and decision-making processes.
- ** Campaign Development & Execution**:Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in lead generation. This includes developing account-based marketing initiatives targeting high-value accounts to drive engagement and sales. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to assess effectiveness and provide insights for future improvements. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders about campaign performance and account progress.
- ** Content Creation & Digital Marketing**:Create engaging and informative content tailored to healthcare professionals and patients, including brochures, digital content, and educational materials. Collaborate with the content team to develop personalized messaging for specific accounts. Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., 6Sense, Terminus, HubSpot, Marketo) to design, implement, and optimize campaigns across various channels. Assist in planning and executing paid digital campaigns focused on lead generation and SEO optimization to enhance website visibility and performance.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry influencers to drive brand advocacy. Foster strong connections with internal teams, including sales, product management, and content, to ensure cohesive account strategies.
- ** Field Marketing**:Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, such as events, trade shows, and customer meetings, to enhance brand presence and engagement. Gather feedback from field activities and integrate insights into marketing strategies.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:_ _**
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as 6Sense, Terminus, Marketo, Kapost, Smart Sheet or similar tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Experience in Account Based Marketing is a plus.
- Experience using AI based tools for customer engagement.
