**The Role**:
As a Marketing Associate at Klub, you'll wear many hats, from crafting engaging social media campaigns to optimising our online presence with SEO strategies. You'll also play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day activities of our interns, providing guidance and support to help them thrive in their roles. Your organisational skills will be put to the test as you juggle multiple projects and deadlines with finesse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve our online visibility.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of interns, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in fintech, B2B, or marketing agency.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, SEO, and content creation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
