**Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate**

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Associate with a keen eye for content creation, SEO optimization, and social media marketing. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who is eager to dive into the world of digital marketing and contribute to the success of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, website traffic, and other key indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, developers, and marketing managers, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and SEO.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices for engagement and growth.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools is a plus.
