**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and execute strategies to increase brand visibility.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and shareable content for various digital channels.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

**Paid Advertising**:

- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of paid campaigns to optimise results.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics to assess campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.

**Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
- Contribute insights and recommendations based on market research.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience or academic background in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
