We are seeking a highly motivated **Fresher Marketing Associate **to join our rapidly growing company, PyjamaHR. As an entry-level role, this position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their career in marketing. Our innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is currently used by over 5,000 companies and is on track to revolutionize the global hiring landscape.

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing strategies
- Ensure all content and collateral adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.
- Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytical tools and platforms
- Identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement to optimize marketing strategies & tactics.Monitor social media analytics and track the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies
