- _An _**executive assistant **_is commonly found answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Completely free trial, no card required._
- _Checking and replying to E-mails of Reporting Manager._
- _Ensure that various files are being sent to the Reporting Manager well before every event. _
- _Prepare Strategies / Topics to be covered in every session. _
- _Monitor and ensure all arrangements for E-Gurukul sessions, Monthly Meetings and PCs._
- **Exp: Minimum 1 yrs**_
- _Excellent communication skills._
- _Ability to work in groups and handle the crowd._
- _Excellent knowledge in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office._
- _Ability to multi-task and work under stress stress._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
