**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Prepare, review, and renew commercial agreements and legal documents
- Draft new agreements aligned with business objectives and legal requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal advisors on legal matters
- Maintain and update legal records, filings, and corporate documentation
- Support company secretarial functions and assist with board meeting documentation
- Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations impacting the organization

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Qualified Company Secretary or Law Graduate (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal compliances and agreement management
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, contract law, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Work Schedule & Location: Work Days: Monday to Saturday
