**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, CRM tools, and webinars
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build trust with parents, students, and institutions
- Understand learning challenges and offer tailored EdTech solutions
- **Sales Support & Deal Closure**:
- Schedule and conduct counseling sessions (often on weekends)
- Assist in preparing proposals and pricing strategies
- Help close deals by aligning client needs with product offerings
- **Market Research & Strategy**:
- Analyze trends in online learning and competitor activity
- Recommend campaigns or product tweaks based on regional demand
- **Networking & Partnerships**:
- Attend educational fairs, webinars, and industry events
- Forge alliances with schools, coaching centers, and corporate clients
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Track KPIs like conversion rates and lead volume using CRM tools
- Present performance reports to leadership for strategic decisions
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work with marketing to design lead-gen campaigns
- Coordinate with product and support teams to ensure smooth delivery
