**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Understand student/parent needs and offer suitable courses/products.
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions to guide prospective learners through their career options.
- Follow up regularly on leads to convert into successful sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain and update CRM/database regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for better lead management and campaign execution.
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to handle objections, follow-up diligently, and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,214.78 - ₹45,000.00 per month
