The Talent Acquisition Executive is in charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the HR Head and department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Post job openings across the most effective platforms and channels to ensure speed, reach, and relevance
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Proactively source and engage with passive talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 2+ experience in related field.
- Experience in technical recruitment is a strong advantage
- Comfortable managing both high-volume and strategic hiring across technical and non-technical roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other recruitment platforms
- Proven ability to hire at speed while maintaining high standards of quality and cultural fit
- Skilled at building relationships, comfortable with outreach and cold calls, and genuinely passionate about matching the right talent with the right role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other digital recruitment tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
