**Job Summary**:
MrMed is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Executive**to support the HR team in various HR processes and assisting with key tasks and daily operations of HR-related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the HR manager to understand specific hiring requirements and regularly update them on open positions.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Monitor the timeline adjust hiring strategies as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- **0-2 Years**:

- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
- **A problem-solving mindset with the ability to approach tasks using both logic and innovative thinking.**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Location**: T. Nagar, Chennai
