**Job Responsibility**:

- Ensure that all revenue items are recognized.
- Reconcile monthly balances of all Revenue related Ledgers
- Support the monthly book closure activities and reporting of MIS items related to revenue
- Ensuring timely accounting of purchase invoices accurately & processing payment as per due date & fund availability
- Ensuring timely accounting of Sales invoices accurately & responsible for accounts receivable.
- Analysing vendor ageing & expense GL on monthly basis & presenting in review meeting.
- Reconcile GST credit report & follow up with vendor for any mismatch & get same resolved
- Handling Quarterly, Yearly internal & statutory Audit
- Handling Fixed Asset Accounting & register.
- Handling cost center & profit Centre master data management
- Responsible for proper adherence to taxation and all provisions
- Manage cashflow on weekly and monthly basis and add predictability to monthly burn.
- Responsible for all compliances including TDS, GST with monthly payments and filing of returns
- Work on all queries related to AP/AR function.
- Responsible for bank reconciliation.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- MBA Finance, M.Com with a minimum of 3+ years of experience
- Experience of 3+ years in accounting, taxation, and reporting
- Experience in **Zoho** preferable.
- Experience in excel, word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
