We are looking for a proactive and organized **Sales Coordinator** to join our **remote team** from **Pudukottai, Tamil Nadu**. In this work-from-home role, you will assist the sales team, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate between clients and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.
- Prepare quotations and proposals; follow up with clients as required.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **sales coordination** or **administrative support** roles.
- Must have **strong English communication skills**, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Good understanding of office administration tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
