Key Responsibilities:

Team & Target Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales consultant team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure each sales executive follows the lead management and CRM process properly.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Encourage repeat and referral business through relationship management and follow-up systems.

Business Development

  • Develop and implement local marketing, field campaigns, and promotional activities to increase showroom footfall.
  • Build partnerships with financiers, corporate clients, fleet buyers, and institutions.
  • Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and suggest sales strategies accordingly.

Operational & Administrative Tasks

  • Ensure all vehicle sales documents (invoice, insurance, registration) are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
  • Review daily sales reports, lead reports, and update management with performance summaries.
  • Ensure the showroom display, branding, and customer experience meet OEM standards.
