Sales Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote bikes, finance, and exchange offers.
• Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
• Explain bike models, pricing, and finance/insurance options clearly over the phone.
• Schedule showroom visits or test rides for interested customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain and update lead records, customer details, and call status in CRM or DMS software.
• Coordinate with the Sales Consultants and Sales Manager for appointment tracking and closures.
• Provide information about ongoing discounts, new launches, and special schemes.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and redirect them to the concerned sales team when required.
• Prepare and submit daily call and follow-up reports to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure courteous, customer-focused communication in every interaction.
