Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote bikes, accessories, finance, and service offers.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate product and pricing information.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Schedule showroom visits, test rides, and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM or Excel).
• Follow up on leads generated from online platforms, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Inform customers about new launches, discounts, exchange offers, and finance schemes.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
