Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the spare parts department operations efficiently.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of fast-moving and critical parts.
  • Forecast demand based on sales and service requirements.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Place orders with OEM/distributors as per inventory requirements.
  • Track and monitor purchase orders, receipts, and pending supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock-in, stock-out, and inventory adjustments.
  • Ensure proper binning, labeling, and storage of all spare parts.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly parts reports for management.
  • Handle warranty parts, returns, and claims as per company policy.
  • Supervise parts sales staff and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system stock.
