Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Founder and CEO. This role involves managing calendars, making reservations, coordinating with the team in Aurangabad, setting up organizational systems, and ensuring follow-up on various tasks. You will play a key role in streamlining processes and handling day-to-day operations while maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive work environment. We are seeking someone who is committed for the long term and is eager to be groomed for a few months before they can truly start delivering at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Founder.

Make travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Coordinate with the team in Aurangabad and ensure timely communication and updates.

Understand basic taxation principles and assist with financial tracking and management.

Set up efficient systems and processes within the organization to improve workflow and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.

Attend meetings and represent the Founder in a professional manner when needed.

Prepare minutes of meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.

Take initiative and make logical decisions to resolve challenges and streamline operations.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Be proactive, communicate clearly, and charm stakeholders during negotiations.

Ensure team coordination, motivate team members, and ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Occasionally travel to Aurangabad with the Founder for site visits or meetings, with travel, stay, and food expenses covered.

Skills & Qualifications:
A young, multi-skilled management graduate (preferably with some work experience).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluent in Marathi and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Capable of leading and coordinating with a diverse team.

Presentable and comfortable representing the Founder in meetings and negotiations.

Proactive, with the ability to make informed decisions and take initiative.

Willingness to learn on the job, adapt to new challenges, and be groomed for a longer-term commitment.

Highly confidential and trustworthy.

A commitment to the role and business for the long haul, willing to invest time in personal and professional growth within the company.

Preferably based in or near Kharadi, Pune, to facilitate easy travel to and from Aurangabad.
